One hundred plus days –that’s how long I’ve been in the house. The first week of the quarantine, we bought alcohol, face masks and the early version of face shields at exorbitant prices. As the weeks dragged on, I got more and more anxious by the day. How long is this going to last? When will we the world be free of this COVID 19 virus? When can we get back some sense of normalcy?
By end May, I got my act together and decided to live a life not consumed with fear or agitation. Once I started to write again, the spark of happiness grew into a flaming ball of joy! I noticed that people have also come to slowly accept the situation. BUT safety is still a concern and health the number one priority.
